What is Holistic Coaching?

Holistic Coaching explores the relationship between your wellbeing and wider life. How one influences the other. It may be that your habits or work routines are impacting your health. That chronic illness is restricting your life choices. That old emotional patterns are affecting your relationships; your energy levels dampening your creativity; or self-beliefs restricting what you feel is possible. It may also be that the health of a family member is affecting your wellbeing.

Holistic Coaching aims to healthily align your inner and outer worlds, identifying where change can serve you better. In a session, I will ask you the right questions so that you will be able to discover your own solutions. From that, you can plan the actions you need to take to live in a more authentic way. It's an opportunity to step out of survival mode, to go beyond just coping and shape your life towards better being.

What to Expect in a Coaching Session

  • Powerful questions: thought-provoking prompts that increase self-awareness and reveal new possibilities
  • Deep listening: a safe, non-judgemental space where you’re fully heard and understood.
  • Clear goals: identifying what you really want and what’s currently blocking progress
  • Actionable steps: practical, realistic actions aligned with your values and capacity
  • Accountability: encouragement and structure to help you take action between sessions

Is Coaching Right for You Now?

Coaching is available to anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to explore their whole self in a safe, non-judgemental space and commit to taking action on their life, health and wellbeing.

If you’re feeling unwell, overwhelmed, anxious or carrying the effects of trauma, receiving Craniosacral Therapy before coaching can help gently support your nervous system and create more ground. Coaching works best when there is enough physical and emotional stability to reflect, process and make change.

It's also important to note that both Holistic Coaching and Craniosacral Therapy are offered as complementary approaches. They are not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing significant physical or mental health symptoms, it’s important that you first consult a healthcare professional.
