My name’s Shaun. I’m a Craniosacral Therapist and Holistic Life Coach. I specialise in supporting adults in recovering from stress, anxiety, trauma or chronic illness.

I offer a specialised service for athletes who want to support recovery, improve performance readiness and maintain a more balanced, resilient state throughout training and competition.

High-level performance asks a lot from your body and places heavy demand on your nervous system. Chronic stress from prolonged training loads, competition and the mental load of maintaining peak performance can overwhelm the body’s ability to rest and recover.  This brings an increased risk of injury and reduction in overall performance capacity.

Many sports therapies also require effort on your part — be it through rigorous physio or rehabilitation plans, strict sleep protocols and nutritional management.

Craniosacral Therapy offers a different kind of support, where nothing is asked of you. Using relaxation and gentle, non-invasive touch, it helps the nervous system shift out of high-alert and into a calmer, deeply-restorative statewhere you are able to profoundly relax and your whole system slow down, recover and reset.
